Who is KAIA?

Hi, we're Lina and Daniela. bffs, and the two people behind Kaia.

We picked up padel recently but when we went looking for kit that actually looked good and performed on court, we kept hitting the same wall: it was either boring, badly made, or ridiculously overpriced for what it was.

One conversation between us kept coming back: "why does everything decent cost this much?" We didn't think padel clothing needed to be crazy expensive to actually fit well, move well, and make you feel good stepping onto the court.

So we decided to build it ourselves.

What started as an offhand comment turned into 12 months of obsession, testing fabrics, scrapping ideas, starting again. We had one rule we never broke: if it doesn't perform and look great, we don't make it.

Right now, our collection is intentionally small, a limited number of pieces, colours, and drops. Not because we're holding back, but because we're not interested in making more sportswear. We want to make the right sportswear, and we'd rather get a few pieces exactly right than flood you with options.

We also want to build this with you, not just for you. If you message us on Instagram, it's genuinely one of us replying. Tell us what you love, what you play in, what's missing, that feedback shapes what we make next.

Everything you see today reflects a year of two friends learning, testing, failing, and improving, one piece at a time.
