1. Promoter
This promotion is run by KAIA ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 1st July 2026 to 31st July 2026 ("the Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a. Sign up via the KAIA database using the official entry link; and
b. Follow @kaiastoreuk on Instagram.
Both steps must be completed for an entry to be valid. Entries that complete only one step will not be eligible.
5. Further Entry Conditions
a. Existing KAIA members must enter using the same email address associated with their KAIA account.
b. A maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period.
c. No person may win more than one (1) Prize, regardless of the number of valid entries submitted.
6. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive a one-hour padel court booking for up to four (4) people at a KAIA-selected padel venue in London ("the Prize"). Equipment (rackets and balls) is not included; players must bring their own. The booking is subject to court availability
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative, in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be announced via KAIA's Instagram Stories and will also be contacted directly via the email address provided at entry within 5 working days of winner selection.
The winner will be asked to provide proof of identity and eligibility. If a provisional winner does not respond to initial contact within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select a reserve winner using the same method. Reserve winners may be given a shorter response window.
8. Publicity
The Promoter may invite the winner to take part in publicity relating to the promotion (for example, a photo or short feature on KAIA's social channels). Participation in any such publicity is entirely at the winner's discretion and is not a condition of accepting the Prize.
9. Fair Entry & Verification
The Promoter is committed to running a fair and secure promotion and to preventing misuse. Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions — including any associated aliases — will be disqualified. Any Prize already awarded as a result of non-compliant entry may be declared void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude the entrant from future KAIA promotions for a minimum of six months.
To protect the integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at any time to:
a. Verify the eligibility of any entrant or provisional winner by any reasonable means, and to withhold entry or the Prize until such verification is complete.
b. Disqualify any entry not submitted directly by the individual entering.
c. Disqualify entries made using disposable or anonymous email services (including, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable, or Mailinator).
d. Disqualify bulk, incomplete, or automated entries, including those submitted via scripts, bots, or macros.
e. Disqualify entries that exceed the permitted maximum, or that involve manipulation such as falsified IP addresses, false identities, or other attempts to circumvent these Terms.
f. Disqualify any entrant found to have tampered with the entry process.
g. Disqualify any entry that otherwise fails to meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Data Protection
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway (including winner selection, notification, and Prize fulfilment) and, where consented to separately, for future KAIA marketing communications. Details will be handled in accordance with KAIA's Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason, including technical failure. The Promoter's liability is limited to the value of the Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
12. General
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with appropriate notice given where possible.
